(ETi), an innovative leader in the LED lighting industry, announced to many of its key customers attending a special private event at Wrigley Field that it would not only maintain the momentum of new product introductions seen over the past year, but would accelerate the pace of new product launches over the upcoming 12 months while continuing to drive return rates down to record lows for the industry.
By the end of 2017, ETi had driven its return rate down to only 0.25%, reflecting more than a 30% decrease over 24 months, while delivering a 33% increase in the number of SKUs and a 276% increase in the number of new product launches in 2017 vs. 2016.
