New Positions Announced for Nick Peragine and Don Gaither
Cleveland, OH, — May 29, 2013 – ETi Solid State Lighting Inc., an emerging leader in the LED lighting industry, announced the promotions of two key team members. Nick Peragine has been named Vice President of Sales, while Don Gaither has been promoted to Director, Product Marketing.
As a manufacturer of LED lamps and lighting fixtures, Don Gaither’s experience in the lighting industry has been invaluable to ETi. Over the past two years, Don made many valuable contributions as the Product Manager – LED Lamps before recently becoming the Director – Product Marketing, a newly created position at ETi. Prior to coming to ETi, Gaither’s lighting credentials included National Sales Manager for Alumalight and Senior Product Manager with Technical Consumer Products (TCP). Gaither earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both Marketing and Management Information Systems from Indiana State University as well as a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from Benedictine University. He resides in Medina, OH and works out of the company’s Cleveland headquarters.
Joining ETi Solid State Lighting only ten months ago, Nick Peragine quickly made a positive impact on the organization, starting out in the role of Southeastern Regional Sales Manager before advancing to a leadership role as Vice President of Sales. Before coming to work at ETi SSL Inc., Peragine developed his leadership style and built his resume as Sales Manager at Pure Spectrum and CEO of The Monarch Company. Based in Savannah, Georgia, Peragine spends much of his time traveling to visit customers and support his Sales team around the country.
In their new roles, both Peragine and Gaither report to David Rubin, ETi’s recently appointed President of the Americas. “In preparing for continued growth at ETi Solid State Lighting, I am focused on building a team that can deliver a competitive edge in the market. The first step in establishing our best-in-class team was to recognize the talent we already have under our own roof.” said Rubin in announcing the promotions of both Peragine and Gaither. “Gaither’s product knowledge and Peragine’s ability to build customer relationships are critical to developing and bringing to market a product roadmap that will position ETi as a leader in the LED lighting industry.”
